Ms. Emge, founder and manager of Emge Law Group, is an Attorney and Real Estate Broker, licensed in the state of California. 

Ms. Emge is more than just a Business Attorney; she is also an experienced senior business management executive. As President and founder of Site Schemes, Inc., and Co-Founder and CEO of Michael Patrick Clothing Company, Inc., Ms Emge gained invaluable insight into the day-to-day operations and pitfalls of business management.

Her experience as a business owner and consultant has prepared Ms. Emge to assist her clients to avoid the legal pitfalls of today's over-regulated business environment.  Because she has hands-on management experience in marketing, advertising, sales, manufacturing, and employer relations, Ms. Emge is able to provide legal advice that takes all aspects of client’s business in consideration.

Ms. Emge received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Criminal Justice from California State University, Fullerton, and a Juris Doctor from Western State University College of Law. She is admitted to practice before all California State Courts, and the United States Federal Central District Court of California. She is a member of the American Bar Association, the Federal Bar Association, the State Bar of California, the American Trial Lawyers Association; the Orange County Bar Association, the Los Angeles Bar Association.
